We require a signed rental agreement and a COI naming LiveWire Production Services as an additional insured.
We are required by the State of Tennessee to collect sales tax when applicable. If you are renting equipment in Tennessee and do not have a Tennessee Tax Exempt form, we are required to charge TN sales tax.
If you have an account with us in good standing, we can ship same day via Southwest Cargo, or overnight via FedEx. Same day shipping cutoff times are dependent on Southwest flight schedules and capacity. Overnight shipping cutoff is at 3pm Central Time. Please keep in mind you are responsible for all shipping charges. If you are local to Middle Tennessee, we will do our best to accommodate your same day request. Delivery fees will apply.
New accounts will be set up as COD, meaning payment must be made before equipment is delivered. We work with accounts in good standing to accommodate your payment needs.
